12-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Extra work is £50 an hour, always quoted and agreed first. Hosting not included unless agreed. No VAT charged. Response times count within working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Iron Web is a South Wales website care business run by IT service management professionals. Our background is keeping business-critical systems running and making sure problems get fixed properly.
We set up Iron Web because too many good local businesses have websites that are out of date, insecure, or quietly losing them customers. We look after your site the same way we'd look after a business-critical system: carefully, with clear updates, and without the jargon.

Do I need to move my website to you?
No. We can look after your site wherever it's hosted.
What if I don't use WordPress?
Our care plans are for WordPress. If your site is on Wix, Squarespace or similar, we can still help with Google visibility, or talk about moving.
Do I keep control of my site?
Yes. The domain, the site and the logins stay in your name.
What if I want to cancel?
After the first 12 months, give 30 days' notice. We'll hand everything over cleanly.
How do I ask for a change?
Email or use the contact form, and we'll confirm when it'll be done.
